Mississippi Rebels Basketball Lexington reviews
The Organization of the Grand Prix was a Desaster
- The actual race, however, had great potential for improvement in customer service, especially given the $300 spent on tickets and parking. That being said, the parking tickets were not mailed as announced. I had to pick them up in person the day before the race on Congress Ave downtown Austin.
- Both entrance tickets couldn't be scanned, causing us to miss parts of the 1st training session. We had to take a shuttle bus from Section 11 to the central ticket office to get new reprinted tickets before being allowed to enter the circuit.
- The ticket office customer representative failed to return our IDs after reprinting, leading us to make an additional trip there. During lunch time, we were prohibited from taking food on the shuttle back from the arena area to Section 11, causing us to miss parts of the 2nd training session.
- The organization of this event was significantly worse than that of comparable Formula 1 Grand Prix in Asia or Europe. My advice to other customers: If there is no improvement after 2026 from the Mississippi Rebels Basketball organizers, consider getting tickets and parking directly at the event box office at the circuit to avoid some of the issues mentioned above.
